Damn dude, that's a steal! And you don't have to pay for shipping, that's even better. I think you'll like it IF you don't want loud but want a littler better performance. It has a mellow tone and NO resonation in the cab which is what I liked. I ended up taking it off and putting in a Magnaflow, hooked it up to the SS tailpipe and it was a MISTAKE. It was loud and resonated horribly! Just because you don't sound loud with it, don't make the mistake I did and replace it. Louder isn't necessarily faster or better.

Yea i've always had loud cars and i kinda like my truck quiet.
Now hopefully the SS catback will give it a little more Grunt sound and performance wise!

You should like it then, the older I get the more I want QUIET performance. Check out the Magnaflow website for the Y pipe, they have a couple of nice stainless ones which is what I used.

They only come in one length, here's a link to the site. I used the Y pipe pictured by the X pipe. http://magnaflow.com/02product/02hardware.asp Use # 10778, 2.5 " dual and 3" single
The muffler shop needs to splice the Y in and then run two small sections of pipe into the two inlets of the SS muffler. They shouldn't have any problems if they know what they're doing, the shop I use took about an hour to fab it up.

Yea aftering drawiing it out the stock exhaust has 1 inlet and outlet on the stock muff right?

All 2.75 piping?

Now ill be throwing a muffler in with 2 inlets which are what size?
and one 1 out size also?
And the y will piece it together.
