Default Stainless Works 99-04 Chambered Exhaust now available

Stainless Works introduces its new chambered exhaust for 2004 Chevy/GMC 4.8, 5.3 short bed trucks. The exhaust features CNC mandrel bent 2 ½” 304 Everlast Stainless pipes, dual straight through chambered mufflers, and dual rolled edge tips which exit on the passenger side behind the rear tire. The spiral perforated louvered core promotes high velocity exhaust flow while minimizing restriction and providing a deep mellow sound with no interior resonance. For those who want to be noticed, extra loud mufflers can be built special order for no additional cost. All hangers and clamps are included. MSRP is $699.

If you have any questions, please call us or email me at alstainlessworks@aol.com. it is somtimes hard for me to keep up with the boards.

Thanks
Al Noe

Not Really when you consider what you are getting:

304 s/s construction throughout. Pipes, clamps, hangers, mufflers and packing material are all 304 s/s
CNC Mandrel bent pipes
CNC laser cut flanges-3/8" thick
All s/s hangers and clamps included
Double wall mirror polished 304 s/s tips
Lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

if you are interested in a less expensive aluminized system let me know. We could build one for you but most guys want to do it once and not have to mess with it ever again.

Thanks
Al Noe

We have not dyno'd them yet-in most OEM applications we see 5-15 RWHP by just changing the muffler, since the OEMs have to meet DOT noise regulations and we don't.

We are working on a magazine article where we will dyno before and after-if anyone is interested in a great deal on a system and they will dyno it before and after let me know.

thanks
Al Noe

CST Chevy

We are located in Cleveland, Ohio. if you are interested let me know-we have a local dyno shop that does good work and I would actually have you dyno your own car or have them do it so there could be no claims of "bias".

Corvette184-Thanks for joining the "Stainless Works Army" We will be doing long tube headers for the 4.8/5.3 hopefully this summer-our GTO stuff is in process now and should be done in the next few weeks. After that we hope to do the 4.8, 5.3 headers, and the Dodge Hemi headers and exhaust. If onyl there were 40 hours in a day!

Thanks and let me know if we can help

Al Noe

700 for a catback?

Wow im sure you'll get more power from a set of nice headers and a stock exhaust for that price...OUCH!

It just says 04, what about the previous years? Like 99-03? Also, what about extended cab pick-ups? Are these cat-backs that bolt right on or is there welding involved?
