that's cool. so I guess they didn't make you bend over and take it for the whole setup since you were the guinea pig

they do a hell of a job fabricating their exhaust systems. now all you need is a radix/turbo

Wow, that driveby clip sounds awesome. One hell of a drive for ya, but sounds like it was worth it. Do you have a converter in that? that shift sounded different than I woudl expect. Almost sounded like it would if someone was feathering in a clutch, very smooth. Maybe it's just because I'm never behind my truck to hear it.

my shifts sound the same in my truck. it's mostly in the shift properties like line pressure/shift times/shift rpms.

it needs a stall,
it feels like it falls on its face from 1-2.
I'm used to my step side with the cam stall and 600 less ilbs.
heres an old video of my stepside
step side launch 212/218 cam 3000 stall 4:10's

all i have done to the SS performance wise is the volant, full exhaust, e fans and nelson tune.

My buddy lives in Buffalo so the trip out to stainless Works was cool. SW had the truck for only a month.

I would do it again

Ahh, ok, that sounds more like I woudl expect. Man, sure would be nice to climb past 100 without having to worry about my driveshaft exploding on me.

Sounds like the TM is kicking in between the 1-2 shift.
Do you know how much TM Allen removed from your tuning?
Looks and sounds good.

Well a few weeks with the truck and I'm digging the sound more and more everyday.

Its relatively tame below 2000 rpms, just putering around town and It is loud at wot but not an annoying loud.

Performance wise, the tune is adjusting but the first to second gear is crap.
Definaletly have to take a look at that.
