Default Stall and shiftkit, 2nd accum.

I know in the instructions it mentions if you have a stall you need to install 2 washers in the 2nd accumulator. Since one for crisp shifts is way too hard, is one needed when you install a stall, say tt3k? My parts just keep piling up, I feel like onyx when he came back from overseas.

1 washer is for firm shifts, up to 3 for knock your teeth out. I have two, with a TT2600 and shift is firm, not too hard. The stall will soften it up some, from what I understand.

With one washer, no stall it was way too firm, annoyingly firm if thats a word. I think one washer will be good with the tt3k, just need to know for sure.

Don't forget you got the billets in there too...those do what washers pretty much do for the 1-2.

On one of the last pages of the TransGo instructions it shows the feed holes for high stall. They are like .100-.120 with it. The washers are only for the 1-2 upshift only. Like you said, that washer just makes the 1-2 annoying harsh...not firm but harsh. I tossed mine away and never looked back...it's sooooo much cleaner. When my Pops buys this Z from me we're gonna work it up a bit with a TT3000 and a 6.0 HO, I plan to open those feed holes for all the shifts in lieu of that washer for 1-2 and softer for the rest.

Did that make anysense?
