Default Starting Project Heads

I am looking at taking off the heads on my Tahoe LTZ for an insepction and looking at upgrading, valves, rocker arms and push rods at least, any other ideas and will this be worth it ? Already have K&N intake, long tube headers with cat delete and dual exhaut, and HP tuner , tuned by the one an donly Wheately.

Thank for the insight guys.

How many miles? Stock cam? Would be easier to swap the cam with the heads off. Might as well upgrade the springs while its apart. Ls7 lifters are also a nice upgrade.
