U can save dah weight by ditching manefolds an running headhers. They scavenge gases, & you'll ultimately get more ponies out of youre 6L. Therefor, better times.
So are you keeping the muffler?
You never said or I missed, but sure sounds like it.

Is this lagit or BS? I know headers are a good addition but with the plan to turbo next spring I don't feel like installing headers, letting them rust then selling them or putting them on the HD. Reason I went with the cheap pace setters for the HD is that it will never see rain. So they should last forever.

One winter on the Tahoe and they will be all but ruined.

Let's face it, u ain't gonna build a turbo setup that works. Can't remember but there use to be a company around my area TNT? Hell I don't remember, but guys ran faster track times after they took their TNT installed turbo systems off .

Wait a min...just caught something, this is for the Tahoe? Thought u got it for the family DD and so you could hack up the HD? Now your going to hack up the Tahoe also?

I wasn't 100% certain u were goin turbo. But alas, I forgot. I remember now, u said u ran outta $ on your $3k budget turbo build. I hope u have your hot pipes, cause if u don't, that'll blow budget somethin fierce.

Of course, it's legit. It's been proven, headers scavenge. I might be able to find an article for u to read on how scavenging & exhaust pulses work together. But don't spend if they'll just be replaced.

I'm confused. Are u doin turbo on HD or Hoe? I thought u were only turbo'g the HD?

Maybe it was T&T? Think the guys name was Dustin? His dad was running the place and when his son took over it went down the tubes. I just remember one customer in paticular that always had trouble with the turbo system he had installed, he ran faster at the track when he took it off! lol
