I would think about going smaller like the 265 so you will have more usable rpms, then throw a stall in there and you should be movin out!
Im actually curious to see how Corey does with a stall, maybe thats all its missing.
Corey what are your shift points? I bet that cam makes power well past 6500 in the 4.8

Currently I am shifting at 6300, still pulling pretty good, I need to work on my tune cause it bogs from a dig (super rich).... I am running ~28-30* of timing too... I am working on another mod so I can shift higher...

yeah silveradokidd listen to Corey, u can go far with a 4.8. I'd do the 220 on a 112 then get the tune right then a verter and if ur still bored do some nitro then bigger motor. Im still a ways out from getting a 6.0 as well. The best part is that when u go and beat on some cars u feel better cuz u've got a "little" V8

screw it, I used to be of the mindset that I would go with a 212/218 in a 6.0, but once I saw a video of the 224/224 in the multimedia section, that was the one. So I'd say a TR220 with a yank TT3000 stall!

220/222 .588/.588 110+4 with a 3600 converter and a 100/150 shot... You won't be sorry....
