Default Stock 1/4 time for '01 Silverado?

Does anyone know what a stock '01 4.8 singlecab\stepside runs in the 1/4? I haven't made it to the track yet and want a ballpark idea as to what I should run. Thanks in advance!

More like a high 15 if you have an open 3.42:1. It depen on the gear ratio you have and if you have a locking differential.

Cool, thanks for the info. Im anxious to see what it runs. I guess its not "completely" stock, I have true flowmaster dual dumps on it but thats about it. Anyway, I will let you guys know what it runs as soon as I take it to the track.

15.5-.6

Maybe a lil higher depending on how high you stall it up. I ran a 15.6 with k and n and flowmaster, everything else stock (except for shorter and wider tires). I have the same setup, single cab, step side 4.8L.

Thunder - Yeah my best et was 15.2. i ran it 5 times and got a 15.2 every time, even got 2 EXACT times, so it is consistent. but i was hoping for a 14 sec slip. i got no tire spin when i launched, so traction is really not an issue. Hell I hope it has 14s in it and its just running slow cuz of the way im driving it.
