I'd definitely invest in some good hardened pushrods also....Comp, Thunder Racing, and a few others make them. Might wanna try calling Lingenfelter's tech line/customer service to find out what they recommend (I'm surprised that they don't offer a kit that includes pushrods). They might tell you to get a set of Comp's 7.4's or maybe 7.425's...
I'm sure that there's some guys around here with that cam that could chime in...if nobody does, check out SilveradoSS.com...I know that a bunch of the dudes over there are sportin that bumpstick with their Radix.

I have the same cam with a 3.1 pulley on my 5.3. I am using the ls6 springs. I have the factory pushrods which lingenfelter told me would be fine. I shift at 6300 rpm's, redline set at 6500. Truck pulls hard all the way to the shift points.
Reving the engine to that high with the 3.1 pulley puts my injector duty cycle at about 92%. I think you will be fine for the fueling.
I would recommend a dyno tune with a cam swap. I hope you have a well built tranny
