Default STS carb #... can't pass CA emissions

I have been trying to get my truck smogged the past few days with zero luck.

Nobody will pass the Visual on the truck. They say I need a Carb number for the Kit.

As far as I know, STS has still not accomplished this though CA emissions. Anyone have anyother Ideas.

My registration is due by the end of the month, and if I can't smog this thing, then there is no more driving the truck.

Did you call STS in Utah? If so, what did they say?

Thats why i dont want to move back to Cali. Florida doesnt care if you have seatbelts, headlights, tail lights, or even more than a milk crate to sit on. Your good to go there. Thats why i will always keep my FL plates. You dont even have to live there to get plates there. LOL

I'm sure that my truck would pass the test for sure.... It's the 'Visual' inspection that will fail.
