STS carb #... can't pass CA emissions
I have been trying to get my truck smogged the past few days with zero luck.
Nobody will pass the Visual on the truck. They say I need a Carb number for the Kit.
As far as I know, STS has still not accomplished this though CA emissions. Anyone have anyother Ideas.
My registration is due by the end of the month, and if I can't smog this thing, then there is no more driving the truck.

I'm sure that my truck would pass the test for sure.... It's the 'Visual' inspection that will fail.
