I think he meant to prime the fuel pump. IE let the fuel pump power up for a sec and get full fuel pressure through the rails if it's been sitting for awhile. My old Mustang you had to do this, sometimes turn the key off and on a couple times to get fuel pressure up before starting the car.

I can't remember how long it takes for pressure to be relieved to the point where it would need to be primed. It was only like half the day on my Mustang. LOL
Genereally speakin you don't really need to do it on a stock vehicle but once you start messing with the fuel system it's not a bad idea. On my blue truck I would turn the key to the run posistion for a sec then turn it all the way over just as general practice. Not sure whether it is helping anything or not but it only takes a sec so it doesn't bother me.

I'm a little clueless on that particular turbo set-up guys.
It looks to me like it's mounted at the rear axle .
I've never seen suck a thing.
Can that set-up be used for towing when it's called for?
How much did that complete turbo set-up cost???
Either way: It sounds nice and the strange placement is different, but I like it.
Thumbs up for cool look too!
