Default STS or RADIX?

ive have been hearing tons of good things about the radix on how it has awesome power all around but now the sts turbo is becoming more popular i have heard lots of good things about it also. what one do you think would make more power, or win in the 1/4? wich one is more effective?

The radix is typically very user friendly. Turbo kits require a lot of modification typically to get them to work, and tuning is always difficult. I turbocharged my 2k eclipse v6 that I had and I constantly had to fight with it, but it was fun. If it is your daily driver I would definately say radix, if you have a diff vehicle I would go turbo just cause its fun. If you are not very mechanically inclined I would do radix.

The STS requires no more mechanical ability than a Radix kit would. Install can still be done in 4-5 hours for either kit.

Talking

i have only seen the radix's. and they seem to run great. but to tell you the truth i think the turbo will prevail due to its ability to not tax the engine to drive it. i have talked to allen and a few others and the to say it is all straight forward and complete. plus around 3900 for STS and 4800 for a radix.

What about when your wastegate doesn't open properly, or the piping doesn't fit properly (which I heard it does not fit wonderfully. There are also mixed reviews on the STS kit, nobody doubts the radix really. I wouldn't count on 400 horse on a stock 5.3 though, no matter what people say.
