Default STS turbo help

Just started my truck up with the sts turbo and somthing is screwy. When you bring up the rpm's up around 3500 and up the rubber elbow at the intake collapses then as the rpm's come down it opens back up. What in the hell is going on? Please help. Thanks

Looks like Don got your questions answered

Keep us updated on your progress. You're the only other guy I know that has used/using a GT35. Interested in seeing your results on the top end with it.
