There is a big price difference in a cam and a turbo / supercharger kit. Didn't you install a radix on an SS with some custom tuning and smaller pulley that can't get out of the 14s?

Ya I sure did, then he replaced his belt and got into the 13's.

lol, no way. our duramax pulled 405/850 on a mustang dyno and only runs 13.9s - Tomac i believe has never dynoed but easily makes 700 rwhp and 1600 rwtq (maxed out on a dyno).

The 60mm turbo is the base unit isn't it??
Maybe that's why it fell off so sharp on the top end???
I assume you guys were monitoring everything so what kind of timing was it running (and seeing, like any KR).
I would love to be able to get 500rwhp out of my kit but I have the GT35 upgrade but I dont know what that equates to mm wise.
No race gas? just 93octane??
Sorry for so many questions but mine goes in next week and I am thirsty for knowledge.

with all the debate on how well a rear turbo is going to perform it would sure be nice to get a better looking graph, the peak is wonderful but it looks awful peaky. on my runs i locked it in 2nd and locked the converter. people are going to want to know what the trade off's are(if any) of a rear turbo, and looking at that chart it makes me wonder if there isn't some lag at the start and some exhaust restriction up top. i am not trying to slam the sts kit at all, there are some definate positives to the kit(packaging, price...), just trying to analize things a little
here is my last dyno chart with a traditional turbo set up.(remember it is thru a 4l80e and tcase).
