Default SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY! radix.

WELP... after 4 months.. and not being able to do it.. its gonna happen...

I'll be headin upto Phoenix tommorrow and bustin it out with our very own ryan23silverado.

Ive been so ancy about this project for the longest time. and its finally going to happen... since i bought the kit used.. i went through the directions and wrote down everything i think i would need, if i didnt have it... and the only things i can come up with that i'm not sure i have are... (flyer i could use you on this)

the supplied coolant vent pipe
the supplied fuel fitting
the fuel line disconnect tool, but i'm sure i can get that at an auto parts place.
and the scotch lock connector for the fuel boost pump..

if you guys have any pics of the first 2, that would help out alot...

thanks.

Right in front of the most visible corner of the fuse box cover, that's the only vent pi3ece I oculd think of.

I'm not sure on the fuel fitting you're talking about but this is the front of the fuel block on the driver's side fuel rail about half way back.

Here is another picture, it's kinda hidden behind the coolant hoses and wire harness though.

The fuel line disconnect tool is a little white plastic loop looking thing. It's split on one side so you can put it around a fuel line.

Not sure about the connector on the fuel pump you're talking about. The pump assembly should have a steel U hose with a flex hose on the end of it that goes from the filter to the back side of the pump. The front od the pump should hook to the line that originally hooks to the filter.

Here's a not so good picture of it where the pump and fuel filter happens to be in the background.

Your's shouldn't be as cramped since it's an extended cab.

You don't need it. The ONLY time I've used mine was at the track when IU was trying to let some water out of the system to add some ice. Even then, it was more hassle than it was worth.

I forgot to say ... the fuel line tools can be had at most any parts store. They are white plastic and in different sizes. They should be about 5-10 bucks for the set of 6-8 or so.

Just be cery careful with that fuel pressure regulator, the inner most o-ring is very easy to get in there crooked, and if you do, it will run like crap. It will run out of fuel quick and won't hold any pressure.
