One more question, where can I find the connectors? Tried the "John@speartech.com" and the mailbox is full.

Thanks again, James

Doh!, I didn't mean that as an email address. I'll have to go back and edit that part of my post. The website is www.speartech.com and there is an email contact at the bottom of the page. I believe John is the owner there.

A junkyard would be another place to check.

I put in some ford 42's a couple months ago and all I did was splice on the new connectors, put a 3/4" spacer under each of the 4 bolts and get 4 new bolts about 3/4" longer. No bending or modifying was needed on mine. The only thing I wish I would have done and I will next time I have it apart, is paint them ugly things black!! I hate the color green anyway but these injectors are extra horrid to look at!
not sure how you did that, prety sure i couldn't have forced it all together on my truck without leaks. that rail had to be bent about 1/2" and if it wasn't bent the injectors would have been tweeked in their holes.

You can buy those connectors through www.summitracing.com for a lot cheaper than Speartech. For eight of them it is $16. It is an MSD ignition part number msd-2400. (type that msd-2400 into the part# entry in the Summit website) The only bad thing, and I don't know if you have to do this with the Speartech's too, is that you will have to solder your own wire to the conector. You may just want to check a junkyard first

Thanks Ryan. I paid $50 to valvegod for a sub-harness from some vehicle. I would rather use these from Summit. It looks like they would be perfect.

Good info Ryan

The ones from Speartech come with a few inches of wire already attatched if you want that.

What would be the interest level in the 42lb (@400KPa) Multec stubby injectors (direct fit) for the GM SUV's? If there is enough interest we can bring some in, flow match them and put them on special.

how many psi is 400kpa, trying to figure out if the 42lb is actual or if it would be higher with our higer than normal fuel presure? rc sells some 41lb/hr @58psi units right now so i would think not alot of interest if that is all they are, if that rating is at 43.5lb/hr then you would sell some around here.
