I'm gonna have to chill for a while, I bought a new aluminum 34 in radiator, new Flexalite dual 15" fan,and the new Intake manifold, tb, mounting kit, a little over $2000, If I get my cooling problem alone fixed, it will be worth it to me. Then hopefully a 25hp bonus to go with it.

I gained 20 ft lbs from the professional products 85 mm into to edelbrock vic jr with a 1375 cfm 4150 throttle body. my torque did move up the power band but I did not loose any torque at all..

Since your a 99 you can run this throttle body. its only like 450 or so.. its something you can grow into for a future build
