update.. truck has not been dynoed so its currently running on the 212/218 tune... but still had to take it to the track and well just to let u guys know im glad i did my cheap swap... new time 8.69@80.56 with 1.95 60' IT WAS WORTH MY$20 ON GASKETS... Lunati voodoo 217/223 549/549 113lsa well worth it...btw got slip to prove both times.. hoping for better times when truck has been dyno tuned...

all you changed was the cam? thats it?
Was the weather colder that the reason for better times?

 

Ok ok not gonna lie took the took 30 thou of the heads..time and temperature was about the same.. thinking of putting the tbss intake before I take it to get tuned for the bigger cam..

I think my truck is too heavy for the car intake.. heard the tbss intake is good.. idk man too many options for my beaner ***.. will b doing some more research tonight.. I wana hit my goal at the 1/8.. I wana wear my helmet.
