Absolutely Sic man..... thats an extremely clean install. Seen a few other T56 installs but urs is by far the cleanest. You know you have done a good job when it looks like it came from the factory w/ a 6 speed

The T56 is about 3/8 of an inch longer. My truck had plenty of room. Mine was an extended cab and I have a carrier bearing so I don't have to worry about the suspension bottoming out and pushing it into the tranny though.

Thanks, I appreciate that. It's funny, when I work at the stereo shop (second "fun" job) I make cars look far from stock (fiberglass, custom consoles, etc...) but in my own truck I try and maintain as stock appearance as possible...

I've always wondered if that was possibly and how it would look... and it looks awesome. I havent read through all 4 pages so forgive me if you've answered this, but from the floor do you just have a long *** stick that goes straight up to the console?

Not quite. There are a few bends in it to get the **** at the right angle, and the position pefect. It just take some time with a torch to get it just right.
