I kind of want to tap the cover and run it to a T off the driver side valve cover to a catch can and back to the intake with a breather on the driverside valve cover.

Not sure what you wanting for the bottom.. But will have you a pic soon.. They should clear any roller set up, are atleast a 1'' taller then stock covers.

1.) Yes, but as noted all the baffling and a small bit of clearancing on a side rib need to be done to clear the stock ratio rocker arms. At least thats what I had to do on my 416's valve covers to fit the ported L92's.

2.) On my nitrous 5.3 motor I tapped and added a ls6 style nipple with no issues. I did use a breather on each valve cover and then choked down the line size from the valleyplate nipple to get rid of that slight oil smoke on startup and idle.
