Question tbss intake???swap

I can get a tbss intake 4 $50, it's only the intake with fuelrails + injectors, no TB... How hard is the swap? Is it worth it? Performance wise?, would the intake fit my 317heads

To answer your question.. "yes" it is worth it. Go over to the ls1tech site and look in the classifieds there for a 90mm cable tb. Your gains is from increased airflow, an adapter won't get you any gains.

last question how can you tell it's a true TBSS intake? It has flexfuel injectors can I run these or do I have to buy a new set? Stock truck injectors dnt fit. Right?

very true..the intake might be cheap but its the work that goes in to the install that you probably wont get that much gain out of

mine was out and back in 30 something minutes . . . It's very easy

It's supposed to 25hp +or- . . . . it did nothing for gas mileage, but it made the intake louder . . .
