WOW, that seems really cool. Just a quick question, are you going to have it to where you can get the base kit, and then later buy the intercooler as a kit? If so, how much? That way people could progressively get faster with a bolt-on kit

It would be big enough, but there would be gains to be had from going bigger. Power would probably start falling off towards the end, but it also depends on how much boost you are running, intercooled/not, etc. I would imagine that it would be plenty for a 5.3, but would be borderline for a 6.0. Talk about some quick spooling though

The kit 2 is probibly only good for about 500rwhp with good intercooling and high boost. 550 max for sure.
