Default texas-speed headers

Just bought a 2012 seirra extended cab 5.3. Dont post much over here, just stalk haha. Im more frequent over on ls1tech with my camaro.

Anyway, i've been debating either going with the 1''3/4 texas-speed f-body headers or the cal-speed truck headers and y-pipe. Cal-speed seems to be hit or miss on the fitment but theirs comes with a y-pipe(real wallet saver too).

I dont mind making my own y-pipe if i were to go with the texas-speed but were talking a 300 difference in price(stainless j-bends are expensive) plus the time it takes me to make it.

Anyone have any opinions on which route i should go? Has anyone made their own y-pipe for the texas-speed headers?

thanks for any help
