Ok so after doing some reading and searching, it seems I may have a some things that could be my problem.. 1 is my stock intank pump may be tired, 2nd is my fuel filter may be clogged, not allowing it to flo what it should. The stock lines should be good to my hp level, considering alot of guys have made more then 600whp with them.. The 255walbro intank should be good for 600 to the wheels. I think I am going ot go with the BIG bosch intank, see if it solves my problem, also put a fuel pressure gauge on here.....

Am I on the right track yet, hahaha Let me know

I am telling ya, 255 intank (high pressure rated) (maybe a hotwire kit to it (larger wires), 255 inline (high pressure rated), and everything else stock will do you good on your setup IMO. A Fuel pressure gauge is a must with you power as well IMO. Ofcourse you should always throw a kick as filter on while you are working a fuel system. This is the simplest, least expensive, yet most effective way IMHO if you are under 700HP.

Made it, all you need is a relay, about 15ft of 12-14 g wire...

I decided to try this.

Dropped the fuel pressure to somewhere around 43-44 psi. The pitch of the pump increased quite a bit. My 96# injectors were rated 96 lb/hr at 3 bar, so I had them in the tune as about 110 lb/hr to match the 4 bar fuel pressure. I just turned the pressure down, changed the IFR table back to 96 lb/hr, and everything worked fine without having to tweak any of the airflow tables at all. Very simple At 5600 RPM and 10psi I'm still only seeing 51% IDC max, lol.

At the identical boost level, RPM, and AFR my max before was 41%. Looks like it added about 10% to the duty cycle.

I just went and did the pump swap https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=428535
Hope that it helps the people out who don't have the access to do there own tuning, good sticky mat I think, maybe
