Default Are these headers legal in CA?

States that it has AIR and EGR hookups. Also wire extensions for 02 sensors. Almost impossible to get LT's in CA. Any input on what you guys think of them?

Thorleys Tri-Y LT's and Dougs mids are CARB legal.

just block off the egr tube. their 99-01 headers will work for any 99-07 5.3L/4.8L/6.0
