Angry They really need to get more results on the XT and vic jr intakes

I am walking a fine line on pulling the trigger on either one of these intakes.. But there is lil to no info on actual results.. I have heard a few talk of low end loss on the vic, a overall gain with the pro flo.. I do not want to lose any daily power, but def feel the up top power will help alot in the 1/4.. I have seen a few guys on the vette, SS, gto site, all the info is not clear.. WTH

IMO it is entirely to much money, do not feel comfy paying that for a plastic intake.. Besides, I am sure the edys will produce the same power as the fast up top. I do know the fast was about the same up to 35xxish rpm's as stock, then made a total of 20whp over stock.. Still just not my style..

some guys on yellowbullet have shown results for the vic jr. i think what they are figuring out is the cam selection is different from your typical intake setups.

Ive had the Vic and fast 90 on NA set up and didn't notice a huge difference. I kept the Vic for boost though.

I have installed the vic jr on a 408 in a rcsb that was d/d. Didn't lose anything down low (well as low as a 4000 rpm stalled auto can be...) and it added a **** ton of power from 5500 and up.
