The new style works on the 99, looks the same basically. It is a fixed orifice with no spring or plunger inside. Still sucks oil though. I went with a home made catch can just like the one in this forum, cost less than 30 bucks and only took a couple of minutes to fabricate and install. Put it on a few weeks ago. The first 100 miles I already had about a half teaspoon of oil! Probably gonna have to drain the thing once a month.
