Thinking of cam
I have a 06 sierra 4 wheel drive and I am thinking of putting a cam in it the mods i have done so far are a dual exuast with two flowmaster super 44's and no cats with an x-pipe installed and a hypertech max programmer and it really runs good.what kind of cam and size would i put in it to give me more power and still be able drive it as a daily drive with out hurting my gas milage.i get about 18mpg now.and if i did put a cam in it what other modifications would i have to do to support the cam and what kind of costs i am looking at..thanks...

I recommend you to sell your hypertech, and get a real tune. Contact "wheatley" on this site for a real tune that will wake your truck up even more and run efficient. Hypertech isn't helping you much
For the cam, since you don't mention a stall, then i would suggest the Comp 212/218 XR265HR

cam including springs, pushrods and everything else you need will run 600-700 bucks. Then whether you will need to have it installed is another charge depending how much a shop wants to charge to do it

Wheatley or BlackBear on the tune like Jetey mentioned, he also recommended a great cam, and I'd add some long tube headers and either a home made or aftermarket CAI, or just a drop in air filter, to take advantage of the extra air both in and out that the cam will provide A standard BlackBear tune is $200, while his scan cable tune is only $250, plus a couple hundred dollar deposit for the cable he sends you to scan your truck and send him the log files so he can fine tune the final adjustments. I have the standard BlackBear tune as my truck was not running at the time that I bought the tune, and I'm very happy with it. Justin from BlackBear often holds tuning meets where he goes on location and gets 10+ customers and tunes their rides in person. I'm hoping that he comes my way sooner or later so I can take advantage of one of those Wheatley is awesome also, as many of our members have his tunes, and have been very happy with both the results, and great customer service after the sale. I bought a bunch of Amsoil products from Charlie (Wheatley), as he is also an Amsoil dealer, and he was great to deal with...you can't go wrong with either of those guys
