How much lift are LS6 springs good for?

I've heard that the LS6 springs are good up to .570ish with a lazy cam lobe...Lingenfelter sells them with one of their cam kits that has a lift in that neighborhood.
Thanks for all the input so far, keep it coming

WCCH, what lift are the manley springs good for? and would the comp 918's be able to hold up on .581 lift since you said max should be about .580? these are manley 221423 springs too, BTW i think you could still have a really decent daily driver and go a bit bigger than 216/220 or whatever but thats still a really nice cam for mid range and keeps fair low-end with your converter. white, i hope i never get to the point with im unsatisified with how my truck performs too much...getting old must suck!! good thing i still have a full head of hair and no gray to be seen, too bad everyone else in my family is bald and i seem to have that in my furture though, i guess with time preferences change..

I still love it, been doing a little more tuning, and its smoother. Just gets old sometimes when youre sitting at rad lights half asleep and your head keeps bounsing off the window. I still wouldnt trade it, and still want to build a big nasty 408 in the next few years. After my 76 is done, I guess Ill just get used to it, kinda like women are agrivating, but the punanny makes the sacrifice worth it
