What do yall think about that? Would be going in a ccsb with a 3200 stall?

It'll definitely need gears and a stall along with all the normal bolt ons, but it should pull good up top.

You may want a bit more stall since its going into a CC, I would say its a bit large for a CC 5.3 but that is just my opinion.

I would want more converter.

I had that cam in a 5.3 rcsb, stock converter. It was a complete dog until about 3500.

Ill probably go with the tr220 then. Seems to be a better choice!

222/224 in a crew too much cam for a heavy truck with a 5.3
tr220 would be a better choice but still slightly on the big side
a 212/218,214/222 or 216/224 would be more suitable for a heavy crewcab

My cam is a 218/224@.050 on a 110 LSA and I have a 3000 or so stall. It doesn't really come alive till about 35-3700. Mine only has 3.73's in it, I'm sure a set of 4.10's or 4.30's would help a lot. It tows about like stock getting moving because of the stall and then pulls good once it's moving.

I had a 222/224 112 cam in my 5.3 FBO 3.73's in my CCSB

With a stock 80e converter it was a dog till around 3500.
It would scream with the 4k converter though... wish I had taken it to the track.

If you run that cam you could try that converter but I bet it would like a 3600 much more.
