Is that an off the shelf grind or is that custom? Does it cost any more for them to do a custom grind? That cam seems kinda lame to me for a 6.0L, especially if you're going to be doing your heads. That is a good LSA though. JMO.

Well 220* intake isn't small but it's not huge, remeber this is in a heavy truck too so a usable RPM band would be desired. Besides I dunno if you can spin a Radix over 7000rpms on the crank...that'd be like what? 14000+ on the impeller speed?

That's true, I never thought about what rpms the radix can turn. I guess its not like a centriffy.

You want that wider LSA also because it moves the torque and hp a little higher in the rpms and makes the peaks a little flatter. With 6.0's and strokers and loose convertors you don't want your power at the bottom of the rpm range.

A M112 Radix supercharger has a rated maximum speed of 16000 rpm,the revs it makes is dependent on what pulley you run and how far you are willing to chance taking it.From what I've heard 18000 rpm is the absolute safe maximum, but some of the Lightning guys take them to 19000 on a regular basis. In my oppinion there is little to be gained powerwise by taking the supercharger past 16000 rpm.

Yeah, over that many RPMs of the blower it loses its efficiency. Kinda like pushing a tiny turbo too far...like the TD04 on my WRX. It can't hold 17psi at redline

Brian, you told me a few weeks ago that you bought the LPE cam from my buddy to put in your truck. actually you told me it was going in your truck like the week after that when you had stock cam times. what happened to that plan?
