I was talking to a member the other day online, and he said he liked his K/N FPIK system better than the Volant he previously had on his Denali. I was wanting to get some other input from owners of both intakes. I helped a friend of mine install the K/N FPIK on his 03 Cobra and I was impressed with the quality parts and the ease of install. I am debating on which intake to go with, also, where is the best place to purchase them? Thanks

I have the K&N set up and love it. My buddy has the Volant and to tell you the truth you can not really tell the differance. Both were an ease to install. So basically what ever floats your boat. Now he wants to get the volant ram air set up. mayb a diff there?

 

K&N is a great kit. I have it and have loved it since I got it.

If you plan on doing efans, you can make up your own intake also.

Another vote for the FIPK. I got mine at a local speed shop. Really like it.
