What size are the threads of the cooler lines going into the radiator? I need to extend the lines out about 1.5" to get e-fans in and thought about adding a metal piece instead of splicing in rubber hose.

Curious as to why you need to extend the trans lines for efans, why and what kind of fans are you going to use?

I have a set of 08-09 Tahoe fans that I am putting on the H2. The oil lines pass about 3" from where the front edge of the fan will be. The lines cross the radiator diagonally. The e-fan is about 4" deep at that area.

There is a line bracket that should attach to the shroud to hold those lines. Do the newer fan shrouds not have that provision?
