Default Throttalbody grinding

I've read that some people Have taken a dremel and grind their throttle bodies. Is this worth doing for any gains or improvements. If So can someone tell me what I need to do, to do this myself.

I wouldn't grind on the throttle body, your truck's ETC is real sensitive to any changes.Ported throttle bodies and ETC seldom work well or at all.Don't do it.

I ported mine myself with a dremel. Its not hard - just takes time. I noticed an increase in throttle response but as far as horsepower I dont know. Here are a couple of pics of mine.

I ported my Z28 TB and found it was so easy the truck's came off the next night for the same thing. Probably picked up a ton more with the car than the truck, but it gave me something to do for a few hours one night.
