Default throttle body

so you can buy athrottle body spacer through ebay for $60 shipped to your door. Is it worth the money? some people say it make a loud whistle noise on the gm trucks, is this true? am i really going to see the "4" mpg gain? just wondering. i get about 10 - 12 mpg with my 6L, but just got new tires today wanna see if that may help. Thanks

Get a nitrous plate and cap off the fittings. It will act as a spacer and give you room for future power.

Spacers are useless on vortec trucks. Unless you're after the whistle.

you are already dyno tuned?

if so, i dont think anything else is going to help much... unless you go leaner at cruise. should be about 14.7 AF/R at cruise (stoich) but you can get away with a little leaner
