Default Throttle Body Black Plastic Clip

What is the trick to getting it off. It looks like there is a C-Clip that holds it on the the TB. But whats the trick to getting the C-Clip to pop out. Putting on a Ported TB I bought off the board & have to get this clip off to move foward.

it doesn't pop off. Lift it up with 2 picks at both ends and pull it off the TB ****.

you can pop it off by pulling it towards the passenger side but you run the risk of cracking it.
