big deal it whistles. its sucking. your CAI increased the flow and is most likely made out of metal so no sounds canceling like plastic or that big air resonator piece

mine did that stock.

Now that it has a louder exhaust it doesn't seem to be much of a "problem" anymore.

That was my thought, i haven't really thought about it anymore, guess I'm used to hearing it and don't pay attention

mine did it with the TB spacer.. got rid of it and no more whistle...

The more are that flows through the more likely hood it will whistle.

i like my tb whistle well it came when i added the spacer, but do notice something louder at wot but its not a whistle its more like whine from the drivers side of the engine bay weird.

maybe its just the sound the air makes as it enters the intake like a tb spacer it makes the air whistle

its probably ur intake making that noise i have a tb spacer which does absolutely nothing but whistle but i kinda like it

kind of off topic but while i was searching found this... I just got my cam installed yesterday and now it whistles? could it just need to be retuned? the truck drives fine other than it needs a retune.
