Default Time to swap

I haven't been on here in a while. Good to be back!. So, I'm ready to swap the 4.8 / 4l60 from my 99 rcsb. Should I still go with lq4 / 4L80? Or is there a newer, better combination. I'm hoping to find low miles (50k or less) and drop it in with minimal additional cost.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks,
Joschi
