welp, i went ahead and pulled the tube out and all worked out for me... went right back in with no problem...

then i got to drive through town with open headers, it was so awesome... i would scare people as i drove by... heheheh

i can feel some real good torque response...

but i need to tighten all the bolts up again, last night when i was driving, it sounded like it was leaking

ive pulled my dipstick out several times,, its as easy as unbolt, twist and pull, flashlight to see the hole, insert and twist, and bolt it back on. piece of cake.. its a 1 on the scale of 1 to 10.

How many of the new mods have you gotten on now? I am driving around little Euro 4 bangers, and the TDIs are feeling pretty fast. Thats sad! I miss my truck. Cant wait to get back and drive it.

Onyx, if you drive around much open header, unplug the front o2 sensros. That will keep it from loading up when the fresh air passes over the o2 sensors.
