No,it won't restrict you exhaust at all,I ran a 3" bullit in front of my Flowmasters for a year or so,until I found that the only restriction was the Flowmasters. My current Hooker muffler was quieter and less restrictive than the Flowmasters.

Get rid of the flowmaster it is hurting your performance compared to ther manufacturers products. You can get a bullet with a y after it to connect to your tips thats what I would do for sure.

My bullets werent loud at all in the cab while cruising I had dual bullets with my dual exhaust exiting out the rear. You will get better performance and also a nice exhaust note at WOT but relatively quiet in the cab alot quieter than the flowcrap for sure.

Default Flowmasters Roar on the interstate!

Go with the hooker, or just run one straight pipe. VERY quiet in the cab and doesnt pop and sounds pretty dang good!

Did you have stock cats/manifolds at the time? I'm doing the exact same setup if so.

Just do the bullets and get rid of that flowmaster crap. The only people that swear by them are either being payed by them, or they just know nothing about vehicles period.
