Default too rich?

I think my truck is running too rich. You can smell some unburnt gas when it's been idling for a minute or so. It's not really noticeable outdoors, more so when it's in a garage or warehouse. I'm currently running a HPP3. I've run it with and without it and the smell is the same. Should I take it to a dyno tuner and get them to straighten it out?

You could have a burned up cat or a bad O2 sensor.
