Default Top speed

How fast is your pick-up, only ones that don't shut-off at 97 please.....
mines does 128 and shut's off....dam hypertech.

dont know but at 5500 in 3rd gear with 3.42 gears was moveing right along mine is set up to shut down at 249mph lol with ls1 edit

when i had the procharger on my truck, i could get it up to 148 and it would shut down.

135mph.....it takes awhile to get from 120 to 135 but on a 5-mile stright I can hit it from a dead stop, I'm spinning 4600rpm in OD to do that speed

im at 6000 to 6100 rpms in third gear on 20 inch wheels at this speed.

Mine cuts off at 135mph, and my speedo is correct.

Had mine cut off with Hypertech set on the 128mph mark, so I guess 128!

I would be carefull taking your trucks to those speeds. Iv'e heard the driveshafts aren't that great. I thought someone on here a long time ago found this out...but i can't remember exactly.

so far nothing bad happened to mine, but i only have had it up there a few times. 3 maybe four times has it shut down, i really hate it when it does that too at that speed.it makes it feel really unstable when it jerks hard.
