Well I never got it out!!! I the epoxy thing and it didn't work! The epoxy got scrapped off when I pushed the hex socket in the hole. I even let it dry over 24hrs! I ground two flat spots on it to see it I could get the vice grips on it without them slipping off. I tried it once, got pissed off and called it quites. My dad is going to look at it tonight, he has A LOT more patience than me. So hopefully next time I post I'll have it off.

I GOT IT!!! Thanks for your help everyone. I feel like such a dumb *** sometimes. My dad tried but with no success, so I broke out with the Dremel armed with heavy duty cutoff disks and a grinding wheel. I just demolished the head of the bolt and turned it into dust!

The wierd thing was that once the head of the bolt was gone, the cutoff disk actualy backed out the remaining portion of the bolt. Cool!!!

Thanks again! I'll keep all your suggestions in mind next time I'm in this situation.

Next time use and air hammer/chisel with a straight bit and hammer it counterclockwise. The vibration does wonders
