Has anybody tried a Precision Industries 10.5-inch Multidisc Vigilante Torque Converter for Chevy Trucks? I thought I was sold on Yank but considering one from Precision. Check web site www.converter.com

i've installed both products and i'll take the PI converter any day over a yank. the converter i installed in the CHP Silverado SS was a PI recomended by me and has worked flawlessly with as expected performance results.

Second Vote for PI here I've had both
A. the PI guys are super nice
B. you can get restall when you want more or less
C. break the yank and see if they give a **** about you

Im 3. I'll never use anything but a Precision Industries. They seem to be more aggressive, responsive converters and they actually have customer service.

I would also go PI, that is what I am going to buy. I have heard some bad things about customer service through Yank.

I also would get a PI on the fact that you can get a restall or if something goes wrong they will take care of you. I had a Yank on the Camaro and it worked great. I say go for the PI over the Yank.

either way you go you wont be dissapointed until you break the yank like people are telling you, they could give a **** about you, i would go with the cheaper one. thats just me.

i have driven a truck with both of them in there and i use a TCI i do think that is pretty loose but good bang for buck as far as tech help if you have a problem i dunno but i do know that both converters are great but it is cool being able to have the PI restalled if you want or need it
