If it's about 7" X 14" X 0.5" that should be fine. What install bits are you refering to?

Not sure, I was just taking them at their word. In the link I posted above, they say: "*Racing model doesn't include installation components and has female 1/2 NPT fittings."

The models over 24,000 GVW are considered racing models.

I have the 29.2k, and although it didn't come with a "installation kit", it's not like it was hard to come up with what I needed.

The one you linked me to will be fine. The install bits you'll need will be like trans/oil cooler hose (1/4" ID I believe), assortment of hose clamps, perhaps some zipties too. Less than $10 in parts.

You may be able to get an install kit but it could be cheaper to gather your own.

Like the cooler? The converter will have to be made for the TH400 you've got and for your 454 BBC. But the basic info applies.
