Default Torque Converter trick for the 4L60E?

I have heard that you can see a gain by swapping the torque converter from a truck with a 5.3 with one from a 4.2 Trailblazer. Does anyone know if this is true? Seems that the Trailblazer TC has a higher rate of torque multiplication and supposedly a slightly higher stall speed, or so I was told. Just wondering if this is worth anything or just another load of ****? If any of you guys have any info on the subject I could use the help on it.
