Torque Specs

I recently saw a thread with alot of the specs I need on it. I have tried and can't find it. Anybody know which one I'm talking about or have one of their own. I need the specs for 1. Exhauste Manifold 2. Throttle Body Thanks in advance guys!

exhaust manifold
first pass 11 lb ft
final pass 18 lb ft

throttle body nuts
89 lb in
