Default TR224 CAM... Corresponding Springs, Retainers, and Pushrods?

About to buy a Thunder racing TR224 cam... What are good springs, retainers, and pushrods... I have everything thats in my sig...

Will z06 springs do? Part numbers or links would be nice.. anything to help out would be fine too..

what size rockers?
you will have to go back to stock if they are over sized. the 224 ramp rate is to aggresive for anything bigger than stock.
comp 918 or bigger only..
zo6 might be pushing it..
7.4 push rods.
stock retainers will do..
lots of tuning is required for this cam as well..

I got pretty busy, and havnt had a chance to do anything..
I just now am getting home from work..
Lets try what we talked about earlier.
and see where that heads us.
