A friend of mine has a 6.0 with LTs and a 224 cam and he is on the stock converter and he has traction problems.... Just my .02....

I'd do a 3200-3400 converter first myself, that's gonna give you the best SOTP difference... Pick two and I'd say the cam and converter... Then of course, you can do all 3. And of course, tuning, tuning, tuning....

I'd go cam + stall. You'll have better times with that combo (with traction).

when i put stock manifolds on my cammed 6.0 it didnt even feel or sound like i had a cam at all. then i put LTs back on and i bet i gained 40hp.. the cam has to have free flowing exhaust to breath otherwise its choked up.
