Default Tranny rebuild.... how much for yours?

See this post about how my tranny is gone
https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...10#post1738610

I was wondering how much you guys paid for your tranny rebuild/new tranny and how much it ran you?

What all did you get for that price?

Thanks,
Derek

What all did that stage 3 include?

How much torque/power can it hold?

I bought my parts from 4L60-e.com, or PATC, then had them put in. I already had a 4L65E, so didn't need the 5-pinion planets. I essentially bought everything I could off of their site that the 65 didn't already have. Spent $650 in parts, then $550 to have them installed.

I've got a Team Tripp super duty. Talk to Bernard, tell him what your plans are and he will tell you what set up you need.

How do you like your tranny? How does it shift? Does it offer performance and drivability?

Ben - Was that installed in tranny and tranny installed in vehicle... or did you do that yourself?

I bought the parts, showed up at the tranny shop and they installed. They pulled it out, put the parts in, and put it back. $550 for labor.
